AxioObserver/AxioZoom Workstation
The AxioObserver/AxioZoom Workstation is a widefield platform that hosts both an inverted compound microscope AND an upright Zoom microscope.
The AxioObserver is an inverted widefield microscope equipped with a color camera for brightfield and a monochrome camera for fluorescence. It is fully motorized in X, Y and Z and is equipped with filters for DAPI, GFP, RFP, Texas Red and Cy5.
The AxioZoom is a zoom/stereo microscope that is designed to image at lower magnification (11x-117x) using either a color camera for brightfield/reflected light or a monochrome camera for fluorescence.
