Leica TCS SP8

The Leica TCS SP8 is a dual multi-photon + visible light confocal laser scanning microscope on an upright platform.  This microscope is configured for in-vivo whole mouse, rat or rabbit imaging.

It is equipped with 4 descanned confocal detectors plus 2 direct NDD (non-descanned detectors).  This microscope is fully motorized in X, Y and Z.

We ask that you start with our ‘Introduction to Confocal Microscopy’ video before viewing subsequent videos that will take you through a full training session for basic confocal microscopy and multi-photon imaging.
